Wonderful Creatives. Lots of opportunities to do good work. Supportive bosses. Good work-life balance.

Dislikes

The pay. My advice would be to negotiate hard before joining the company because post that one can expect 10-15% appraisals depending on performance.

Its a great place to work if you are from the creative field. The work culture is one of the best in the industry. The management during the pandemic took all the possible efforts to keep the salaries intact. So if you are honest with your work then job security will never be a problem here.
