Bad experience as it doesn't give you salary even after 50 days,i.e,you get your salary almost after 1.5 months.too much politics at site,even you have to work at sundays.salary gets cut if absent for 1 day,bad Lodging provided,bad HR at sites who knows nothing

Makes you work at every department.so that you doesn't grow up your skills

Management is good.they take immediately steps any issue .company always clear all types of financial calculation. Some senior staffs always give u change to learn new things. Thank you offshore.

Dislikes

Salary not paying at time. Always delay . some contractor staffs working vry well but not get good salary. Company not support those staffs who want to working permanently. Just complete ur bond and leave this company and search new job any where but not get change in offshore again. Offshore take only relative and relationship staffs. Not respect the talent.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No support from company side. they are terminated many employees from the company during this critical situation including me without giving any final settlement.

No benefits for employess no overtime no career growth unnecessary salary cutting

Atleast they wont sack you without notice or might give several chances to work upon your skills if initially you are not upto the mark

More than 14 hours a day work. no salary in time. poor HR and management Oiling Buttering to seniors is a mandatory Seniors knows better than you, though he can be a labour and you are a genius.
