Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There is nothing to like about OFFSHORE CARE CORPORATION. They don't even have a staff.

Dislikes

There's a fraudulent company and targeting clients by: 1. Collecting payment without delivering services. 2. Ignoring client calls until they've made numerous attempts (often 100+ calls). 3. Sharing client contact information within the company, assigning it to various representatives (posing as HR/recruiters). 4. Constantly transferring client calls between representatives, causing frustration. 5. Failing to fulfill client requests, focusing solely on collecting payments.
