There are many things that are not good at all. They were forcing us to do overtime and putting us under pressure. There is no work culture and the people are unprofessional. The salary increment was very disappointing. I had a bad experience there, so please don't suggest anyone to go there.

Work culture is fine.. But regarding company policies they terminate there employees in any Pandemic situation..😷

Office beacon doesn't have food facilities, they doesn't have good place to eat. They not increment the salary of employees.. Even they didn't helpful in corona panadamic.. They didn't pay salary in corona Lockdown.

Horrible influence of politics, nothing innovative, because of the night shift life balance disturbs, numbers of tobacco, alcohol, cigarette, addicted employe even managers. Not a sense of saving water, electricity, discipline. Rough languages are to be used. But the employees are friendly even some team leaders.

...ironment of staff especially (H.R) was so poor in response. If you asked to H.R for your salary structure for understanding they will never make clearly understand, You need to follow up every for every single thing. They don't care & value for any of employees, The worst part is Increment,. Which is really really poor, The ratio of increment was 2 years in once, So please think twicely if you are joining for Office Beacon. I had Bad Experience of last 6 Years, Company even offered us a " Loyalty Bonus" those who has completed 5 years, or above but still company did not paid me when I resigned from the company, Not even Me, Company not given to anyone for the administration level as well. And don't expect for Diwali Bonus. Here in this Company you will not have any Bonus for Diwali. Only sweet box. That's it. All the Best for Joiners

Company provides salary on time and there is no pressure from the seniors/TL/manager's end to get tasks completed within certain time.

10 hours of night shift Monday to Friday as this is US based job. No professionalism and very toxic environment in the company. Increment is too less and there is no promotion of position. HR policies are pathetic regarding leaves, holidays, etc. TL, managers don't care about their employees as they don't grant them leaves when required and they try to force them to come to work. Company basically tries to deduct money from salary as many ways possible. No growth in work as we don't learn anything special or useful. No skills and experience can be gained from the work role. Company has poor hygiene especially the floors, toilets, canteen area and parking area. Employees working in the company have least experience and skills most of them are 10 or 12 pass people. Spoken english and written english not required. IT department is the worst whenever any issue arises it takes lot of time to get resolved and sometimes they don't even resolve it and we have no other option but to work with issue. Company's all the staff members have no sense of talking and their behaviour is very rude. Company is outdated when it comes to software versions in systems, OS versions, system specifications, paper work is more involved for all processes. No email system or verbal approval everything has to be done in written and signed by manager for approval. Mobiles phones are not allowed on the floors due to data security reasons which is absolutely nonsense as there is nothing to steal. Canteen service is poor and there is no variety in foods. Sometimes even the caterers are not there. Quality of food is bad. We get just 5-6 company holidays in a year. Indian holidays are all working days and it's compulsory to work in those days. Highly recommended to not to join this company.
