Job is not certain, company has the policy of occasional hiring and firing scenario. It hires people from different industry training is on job and within two months time you will have to prove yourself else you are gone, there are at times after probation also you may asked to leave, an establish company would definetly give a 6 months time to set up the base and prove unlike ofb tech, layoffs are done so smartly that it goes under scanner unnoticed.
