Overall experience is very good. Company management does good take care of each and every employee ie contract workmen, apprentice, blue collar and white collar.

Dislikes

Company is providing good compensation and benefits but career growth is slow. On job trainings are almost zero.

...t. They helped me every time. Because of my experience I can settle any place. They gave salary to every person fix date. Work environment was so clean. I learnt there how to work every place.

I didn't like some setters because of those habbit like i will see machine you carry on.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality product and has a global client base.

Dislikes

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hour straight in a day.managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. i do receive appreciation email from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step,which is a pain sometimes.

there is a sense of job security pervasive in the professional milieu & lethargic temperamental development with the passage of time.

Dislikes

limited growth opportunities with prevalent cronyism in addition to the lack of professional articulation among the employees. The word odious sums up the working experience.

Dislikes

There is no security in the job and the employees are not permanent in the company. After the apprenticeship the company keeps you for 6 months and then fires you. That is why I left the apprenticeship on my own because I did not want to do it for 6 months. I wanted to do it on roll and not on contact basis. This is bad. If this becomes true then I would have to join the company again.
