The company was good. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable and high quality products.work environment was good. I'm in the department of manufacturing of relay.i didn't get any opportunities to improve my skills.

The companies main product is automotive relays.Frankly saying there is no job security because even if they have very large infrastructure and facilities they are not thinking to bought up a new product other than relays.If a new relay company rise and rule the market then O/E/N will be at risk.Whenever they lose orders they terminate their staffs without a notice.Management is very worst they are the stanchion of the company.Work culture and experience is very good I love the working environment and teamamtes are very good we will get a good technical knowledge as they have so many advanced machineries.They also provides training classes every week.They have branches at pune, kakkanad.

everything is ok except management which is the stanchion to its future.salary is also very low campared with other companies

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

It was a good working platform for me. It taught me that how to work in a company, how to handle workers, howbto handle a section, how to behave in a company more over its a starting of my career.

Dislikes

There is no promotion,no work improvement, no salary improvement corresponding to the experienced worker.

It's a good safe place. The stipend is really poor. Teammates and friends are super. The ambience is also good. For 1 year training the company is best. More than that we don't have any benefit. It's a good place for apprenticeship. After 1 year move to another place for a better career.

Dislikes

Salary is too poor. That's the only thing I dislike.
