Likes

As it was my first job I got to learn many things from Odyssey relationship between company and employees, interact with costumers and people balance between work and life. I was a a member of engineers which was working in a govt project as a network support engineer and it was full of fun and everyday we were getting a new thing to learn.

Dislikes

The thing I don't like about Odyssey that salary growth was very slow. It's good to work in a pressure but if salary is not good it doesn't work .

Likes

The only best best thing about the company is the people who work their as a team. And I strictly mean those people who stand as a team and not some individual politician typcasts which are always ready to make their points.

I have worked for the company for two years and I can write without a doubt that any person who joins this company is going to regret in a span of 15 days to 1 month. Except for teammates their is nothing good in the company. Whatever word you put up be it job security, carrer growth or anything, everything is below the standards. The worst over worst thing is the admin level. The MD'S of this company dont even know to what designation they are talking to and how to actually talk professionally. They are rude, ruthless and wont miss a chance to insult or dishonour you even if there is no falut. At a certain point your respect is going to die and they would treat you as a slave.

The company being a small one offers lot to learn, just avoid the PKI team which has no learning after 3-4 months. Annual appraisal's are highest in the market, average performers can expect up to 30-35 %.
