This is very difficult to handle local peoples.engineer is involved every lost case in OTV.i will talking to manager but he didn't respond and again talk to Mr haleem sir security officer but he is targeting me .work silently otherwise u fired.my job is gone .

The company and my team Head supporting lot to do business. And keep driving me to do new innovation and get the business.its a very challenging role. I hope this is the right platform to stepping into next level high.

Your effort, ideas, dedication doesn't matter. Very poor appraisal system. Have worked for 18-20 hrs straight but no appreciation. Managers do not value an individual unique ideas and team efforts. And later on those ideas are surface as Manager's idea where no credit is given to me or team. Very demotivating atmosphere with no growth.
