Poor infrastructure and remote locations Employee Benefits scheme are limited Lots of Inside politics Promotional policy is worst No subsidised meals for employee Salary is less for Accountants Worst leave policy. Only 4 Holidays in a year at mines.

...very employee tries to extract money from you. Worst company to interview with Salary is not that good with almost no benefits Company is "debt free" yet cannot afford to give TA/DA for interviewing candidates or lunch/breakfast to them. Most of the employee who want growth in their career are leaving this organisation. Good company for those who have no ambition in life and want to live content life with bribe money

I like that first VT vocational training institute and operations of mining methid of working iron ore mines that's great achievement and good skills and supervising are of mines

Work environment is not very good polices are good but for some site's very poor office infrastructure and less manpower because of Govt. Organization no body interested to go into the difficult sites.

Being a Govt Organization a lots of politics in the system job satisfaction is not there for the senior officials.Because the seniors are not given the timely promotion they hire the fresher's in the senior position.
