Very first thing is - No pressure, then after The CEO and Director are very humble and supportive. They don't scold you on your mistakes, They teach you, they make u learn the thing to do in the right way. I have done a lot of mistakes which led too much loss of company but They just told me how to make that right. I am working here just for learning. Because I have a lot to learn, I was hired here for eCommerce Position but Now am Handling eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Wordpress Website Development, Video Editing and Other kind of stuff. This is a very stable company. I am not gonna find people and company like this. I am very happy here 😊
