No likes, everything is disturbed there from senior level management to labours. There is no proper visa to work, no proper bed to sleep (very small). All vegetarian food fixed menu without any choices. Local allowances is very less which is around 55 USD. You cant even order food from outside.

...e report to impress the Boss. He has no self respect and everyone abuses him. 4. Salary is very less for the Indians working there and also salary is being deposited through cash deposit machine without salary slips, which means in India you will not be able to file tax return and not even get a loan. 5. Food is horrible and too much depressing. They dont even allow a car to go outside for refreshments. 6. Unnecessary and sudden meetings happens but without a decision because no one cares. 7. Official communication is through the medium of whatsapp group. There is no email follow ups, nothing official. 8. people get demotion there after working 3 months in probation. They put pressure on them after 3 months and then they finally decide to give resignation the company never pays the 2 month deposit. We have to bear our own ticket visa. 9. Mr Anil is the only educated and professional senior man working there. He supports all the staff giving proper training and help. But recently i heard he have resigned from director admin post because the boss doesn't care about the good work and he supports Sanjay. 10. The Boss knows everything about Mr. Sanjay but never fires him because of personal previous secretive chapters. 11. Neeraj is the worst guy who has done b.com and worked in a shop in India. Now he has become an auditor because he licks Mr. Sanjay's @55. 12. Strict timings of dinner before 10 pm otherwise you will sleep hungry. 13. Too many sleeper cells of company who comes and report to Mr. Sanjay wrong things about you just to increase their number.

... and car. if he dont accept abuse him directly. dont submit your passport there. salary time is after 45 days which is too late and cash deposit. boss dont even care for employees except doing their personal business. all vegetarian menu there which is good but not acceptable everytime, sometime we need to go out for dinner also for personal choice. too much internal politics and internal agents who are reporting to sanjay tiwari.

If we talk about the biggest idiot, it is Sanjay Tiwari, who has no idea what he is doing! And now he has been made the audit head, creating emails and reports using Google Translate. He has committed many frauds between 2021-2023, which is evident in the audit reports. It's unclear what the boss saw in him that he hasn't been fired yet. The company is currently in loss, because of poor management. They need a recovery agent to clean up the old mess, not salespeople who bring in business. there are also some guys named pathak ( banwari paan wala) and neeraj ( B.A pass)who are the right and left hand of sanjay tiwari. sanjay tiwari supports the guy from his own community. above all, if you are looking for a long time stability and a career growth, do not join this company full of idiots. Everywhere in the residence, cameras have been installed, and Sanjay Tiwari keeps watching everything. This proves how much work he has! Those who have no work keep watching the cameras, counting chappati, and checking the spice in the sabji. This is the job description and responsibility of a managing director. Sanjay Tiwari thinks he is the only one who knows French, while others are fools, even though his superior already knows better French than him. Any company that has someone like Sanjay Tiwari is destined for ruin. From the head office to the factory, he has made everyone's life miserable. People cannot progress there because of Sanjay. If any employee resigns, it is solely because of Sanjay Tiwari.

I have like to express the Organisation have good indian strength of Candidates in Accounting and finance department. We are able learn lot of things from this environment. Even French is a official language and company provide french teacher also and its good for develop our language skills and personality skills.

I have been working since last 1year and 8months found in good management and free hand but increament not as per our expectation ,other thing like foods are good and celebrating all indian festivals ,there some restriction to go outside and local allowances is not enough .

this company is excellent , with highly supportive management. They reward hard with attractive incentives after project completion. the food and lodging facilities is hygienic and well maintained . One of the best aspects is that the company celebrates all indian festival , making us feel at home, even though we are working in abroad . The supportive nature of all department creates a positive and collaborative work environment . salaries and increment are well aligned with the effort & hard work you put in, making it a great place professionally. Overall , its an amazing company to work for
