Nothing very unprofessional.

I finished my internship and asked them to issue my internship certificate and settle my salary as they did not pay me 2 months salary. they kept me waiting for 3 months and still refused to issue certificate. Very bad management and no knowledge on core procedures.

1: WFH so flexible timing 2: Good salary 3: Good Skill development because very few people so need to do everything by own

Dislikes

1: Very toxic work culture 2: No job Security can terminate anytime 3: Team lead does not have good technical knowledge so lot of gap between developers and lead 4: very few or no seniors

Likes

Work life is balanced but yet one might have to work for extra hour without getting paid for overtime.

Dislikes

At starting it was good for 2 weeks, then you will get misguided for the DM role as their is none superior or truly experience manager of DM department. And one will get late paid with zero communication.
