Everything. We come to know after 6 month of working. Its a Chinese company. They don't paid salary to most of the employees. The company is about to close anytime. Just dragging there feet in a already lost race. Fake company with fake promises at every point of your work. How they even sleep 😴 by telling so many lies. And the best line ever by them only 30 students in a class. But actually teaching 4-5 thousand students in one class. Ok to hell with your business. Don't worry you will be close soon.

If u get a supportive manager u will have a good working environment or else it is the worst.

...u sit till 11.00 pm as a punishment surplus they will ask to login 1 hour prior. Surplus they never provide salary and FnF to any of the ex employees. Even my incentives plus salary is on hold they(Hrs and even the bus head and the company's registered persons) are not replying only. And taking about customer satisfaction they insist to not pick the calls of the customers who have already made the payment. Especially during the refund period. And your managers insist you to do anything but make a sale. As a sales executive you are promising the customers that there will be about 30 students in a class but there will be more than 5k students in a class. Worst company either to be an employee or a customer.

...ental peace if you are either individual staying in new city or with family. Salary can be good but they find a way to deduct that easily and you can't even question. Provide amenities- ola cab( starts from 11pm for boys and from 9 pm for women) Biriyani (saturday night) and tea (everyday)

Company run by Chinese 8.2 crores of fraud by Chinese you can search for ED DEPARTMENT RAID ON PIGEON EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY (PARENT COMPANY) Company Founders of INDIAN ORIGIN were fired by Chinese, now nobody is in charge of company No CRM No Management Very bad culture Managers are well educated because they have made teachers from IIT. As their managers and they know shit about sales. Gives zero consideration for your problems. You have to come everyday(mon-sat), they will say that the office timings are 12-9PM in offer letter but the real timings are:- 10AM - 9:30(Monday, if your attendance iis good in class) 11:30AM - 10:30PM (Tuesday - Saturday) If you get sales you can get out till 10PM at Max but you will be termed as non-team player. And even if you get the sales you have to disturb your work-life balance and sit with others till late as managers will be asking you to do so otherwise they will give your leads to somebody else. Few Assistant Managers are good but all others including assistant managers and managers don't know how to respect others and their boundaries. They can humiliate you in front of anyone. No job security, they will give you 1 week to improve your performance if your previous week's sales targets were not reached then they will terminate you. You will pressurized everyday.

Salary is good for fresher compared to other companies and there is no much physical work to do and support from AM to the mentor is good. There are many things where we can learn including team management, subject knowledge and other things.

Dislikes

There is no job security for the mentor unless he/she getting good data. Personally i don't like the incentive structure which is given on the basis of attendance and homework. I would like suggest to the management that kindly make fixed salary for mentor of Rs.30000/Month and don't give them call targets. Mentors can take sessions as many as possible and if they take sessions i am sure students will respect mentor and they will attend classes properly and surely they will retain for next year. Kindly make separate batches for ICSE AND CBSE Board so that it will reduce problematic cases and please give refund as early as possible so that they won't loose trust on company. And last one is OLA Corporate which is useless for male employees because of timings and policy of start and end location. Instead of this u can give 3000 to them in salary so that they can use as per their convinience because we are unable to use this facility during rainy season as raids won't be available from office and we need to go in bus to other place and from there we will book cab and this is against the policy. If ODA Management follow these things i personally feel there is good growth in coming years.

...t lie but till now, with the managers that I have worked, were quite supportive. If I talk about the work then, it is a desk and an easy job with good salary.

Dislikes

Sometimes the chai and coffee that they offer is not so good that's the only thing that I don't like here.
