I like the initial behaviour or can say show-off things of HR and boss. It can be good if you start your career to learn lot of new things but it will be better to switch for career growth.

Dislikes

I don't like the politics that happen regularly. The appreciation will be based on buttering having no relation with work. At the time of appraisal, company always goes in loss. Not having any canteen, no cab facility, even don't have a proper coffee machine. It doesn't feel like a corporate.

Likes

They have nothing much to teach you, this is the reason some people are stuck here because they are not able to crack interviews, as even after 2-3 years you will do same work with what you have started initially. This company is only good in office politics. Please join them if you want to be a politician.

Dislikes

It will become worst decision of your life if you join here. They always say we have equality but they always do discrimination based on religion. They can terminate you anytime, even can ask not to continue from tomorrow for lame reasons and not even giving any compensation. They have already lost all there experienced employees because of bad management, soon this company will gonna shut. Boss itself have created a group with his favorite list of people, he only recognize those and giving parties to those only, other teams and people are treated like labor only, who don't even get bonus on Diwali or any festivals. There is no one in the company with whom you can talk professionally.

Environment is good. All the team members are supportive. Good place for a fresher to learn and grow. very nice training techniques

Dislikes

2years bond. But Still its OK because you have job security as fresher
