...ployees. Work culture is very bad,Owners have no sense to talk their employees. Salary issue, no pf, no Diwali bonus. No holiday They didn't give employees fnf who leave the company. That's way mostly employee frustrated but they don't care. Both owner have 0 sense to how to build online business, They also blame their mistakes on the employees.

One of the worst company. No work ethics. No work life balance. They call you even on Sundays and cut your salary pay for no reason.

Now I am working here, But i am searching a better company for job because there is nothing job security and compensation & Benefits and leave. You will get only Sunday leave.

Grow is very slow, Managers do not value an employees strengths.
