Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Poorest Management even met. Suggested not to work with with Octave Apparels Pvt Ltd less salary for a manager load of work and that also for 12 hours of duty. Very bad experience ever.. i have wasted my 1 year 6 months time in Octave Apparels..

...n during all your 12 hours of duty timing whole day.. you can't attend customer. If you miss you attendance your money will be deducted from your salary.. being store Manager there is load of work..
