HR police is worst. Management is worst. Salary package for fresher is worst. There is no employee engagement for the company.

5 Days working, Saturday and Sunday off. That's it. The company CEO is good but Project Manager is behaves like all team members are labors. Worst experience of this company. Never recommended.

Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. You can't manage work life balance.

Noting to be likable in the organization. Its a dummy company of ANMsoft Pvt. Ltd.

The organization culture is very poor. The HR persons are the puppets of the management. They will back stab you once you resign from the last organisation. Before a week of your joining they will send you a mail stating that they cant honor the offer given to you without any reason and they will renegotiate with you situation and offer you a much lower salary than your last drawn compensation. The organization does lots of wrong things in there business due to this they have lost lots of good clients. The CEO is a fraud, do not buy his words during the interview. There is bonf of 2 years for every employee. Also there is no growth in the company as there is small syndicate of people close to the CEO is running the organization.
