In this organisation, salary is very very low and not time to pay, and there is no fixed date for salary reflects. Sometimes every employee has to wait 18/22 days for salaries. And there is no career growth, no rules, there is nothing so, guys, please be very sure for new jobseeker and then join.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
