PL/ML/SL/CL name any leave everything is available. Insurance up to 3L compensation is provided to employee. Birthday Celebration and Fun Friday activity at end of every month. Offshore R&R leave available if u travel to offshore.

Dislikes

Promotion and appraisal are slow here. Discrimination between Corporate and Project employees. No transparency of work between department. Unequal benefits between Corporate and Project employee

At sponsor level, the thought process of OCS is great. As an organization, company is very ethical and value people and process.

Dislikes

However the top management lacks vision and decesion making. No process in place, lot of bureaucracy, management promotes serviles while deserving candidates always not appreciated. Poor appraisal system, job responsibilities are properly defined, lot of conflicts at top level and it's keep on changing frequently which results in lack of stability in framework.

It's a great place to work, nice environment and good work culture, g8 for career growth

Dislikes

Working on rig is always challenging and very hard, because of heavy work load it's sometime difficult to manage the offtime or less offdays

OCS in covid 19 times supporting employee in best possible ways without benefit cuts or any other measures which may be detrimental to employee. It is good company for employees.

Dislikes

Company must negotiate better with clients to gain reputation of diversified O&M company with strong balance sheet.
