We get an opportunity to familiarize with most modern equipments and there mode of operation depending upon the site.some site employees have nothing to do as 'work' because ocs into facility management .some site have alot of work to it will give u a great learning experience.

Dislikes

Worst management as they dont care about there employees, salary package and salary date varies depending upon the site ,i got salary 10 or 12th of the month.fake promises and dont value there employees.they dont even issue experience certificate if the management dont like u .

Likes

One of the best facilities management companies currently operating in Kolkata. They put a lot of time and effort in maintaining documents of their employees plus salary is paid within 3rd of every month.

Dislikes

Needs to realise that as a company, OCS India is much bigger than some of the clients they work for.

Likes

1. Nice place to work. 2. OCS as a brand. 3. Timely salary disbursement.

Dislikes

1. Designation wise salary brackets are not mapped. 2. Ware minimum work force to implement global QHSE guidelines. 3. Anything and everything is imposed on operations team where work life balance cannot be maintained. 4. Operations team to be given importance like other back-office staff which is always lacking. 5. Resourcing support always lacking which results in drainage of revenue.

Work-Life balance. Stress free Manager. Any problem in the organisation, if you speak up, it will be solved. They take action to your every problem. Employee respect flows in the organisation. Many activities and Indian culture especially state wise culture is respected and celebrated. Yoga, Mental stress relief, Fun Fridays and many more activities are followed which keeps the employees engaged.

Dislikes

Salary and promotion is worst. If you come with a hike you won't get promotions till 4 years. Whole year there will be performance but no such hike as expected which demotivates the employee working style. No canteen service is there, i.e if you have forgotten tiffin or you want to have lunch you need to pre-organise it while coming to station or else no scope. Conveyance is not there, you need to put your own money. No such extra perks you get, only extra work.

Salary is available always on time. I did not face amy salary related issue. Grooming service are provided at time to time.

Dislikes

My increment is very less. My salary groth was not high. Kindly look in to this matter.
