Salary and promotion is worst. If you come with a hike you won't get promotions till 4 years. Whole year there will be performance but no such hike as expected which demotivates the employee working style. No canteen service is there, i.e if you have forgotten tiffin or you want to have lunch you need to pre-organise it while coming to station or else no scope. Conveyance is not there, you need to put your own money. No such extra perks you get, only extra work.
