Since the merger of dalmia cement, the work culture has been improved. the work is more systemettic and upto date than before. The safety related issues are not overlooked. Safety of worken has become first priority.

Dislikes

I worked there on contract basis so i have lack of knowlwdge about company's payrole. Though I feel that i am underpaid, career growth is restricted, work-life balance isnt good cause i have seen maneger post engineers working as shift engineers. working environment is average.
