Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

If you have the knowledge you can explore/shre your knowledge. The support from the management is very good and they allow u to give suggestions for the better productivity and will be accepted most of the time by the management

Dislikes

Less Incentives Structure, Dress Code. Rest is to good.

Ochre Media is a very good company to work and develop new things.Seniors,team leaders are very helpful. Unfortunately I had to leave my job due to my personal problem orelse I would have never left that company.

Can learn how to play politics and spying on employees.

Dislikes

Pressure employees for their own ego satisfaction. Unprofessional HR terms and policies. Employees will be tortured by HR (Sruthika). Regional feeling by HR. What not to say regards dislike towards HR over there. Some one joined over there should be a relative/friend or from HR's region/state.
