Nothing, worst company and worst management.

Dislikes

working environment, demotivating boss, always shout and use very degrading language which have caused many employees depression medical issues. No Compensation/Benefits which was agreed and mentioned in Appointment letter.

... pick up & drop, Mediclaim, santizers, mask everything that needed during covid. Company have appreciated a lot for the efforts by employees by announcing 3 bonus in pandemic as well as for last year. We got 3 Bonus for 2 consecutive years. Company always appreciates the efforts put in by employees. Very fortunate that I am part of this organisation!!

...ring the pandemic situation and they provided us bonus 3 times even in pandemic. We get our salary on time & company helps the employees for personal loan without any interest. Good experience.

...Gujju boss removed approx 11 HR and 50+ people from job in less than 10 month. - No Salary slip , No PF - You have to submit mobile and Lunch time 30 min. - Once you come in morning they not allow anyone to go outside office in lunch time instead your day off. -- I had seen here many employees Crying during termination ( He Removed on Minor mistakes. * This is a jail No employees talking to each other in office even after day off because if boss see anyone he doubt about stealing data. ( Bloodyful) * If you give any suggestions to this * Don't you think that if you do proper work then why boss terminate. You are fool then. Only join if you don't have job

I have been known to Oceanic Phramachem since very long time he is excellent pay master and good person with amazing listening skill he is always ready to upgrade himself with latest technology
