I like the day to day challenges i face in my work. It gives an opportunity to enhance skills and build more confidence in self.

Dislikes

Compensation are not upto the mark. Management takes advantage by low increaments when the market is low but doesn't apply correction when the market boosts. Hence there is always heavy iteration in the company and Oceaneering is always hiring.

There are a lot of learning avenues, colleagues are supporting.

Dislikes

...things. there is lot to learn but no proper guidance at right time is available. Tax saving part in salary is missing. No gymnasium.

...e post. Financially you will be stuck at one payscale only very less increment.. so I would say very good for retirement if have a good package. But if its start of your career then dont stay more than 2 yrs.

The company gives you a variety of jobs and hence at no point you will feel that the job is monotonous. Atleast in India, the work environment is very friendly and the management is very approachable.

Dislikes

The compensation is decent, but the salary structure is not tax friendly. Also, because of the time difference with the head office in Houston, working hours usually extends.

Except for pay compared to competitive companies, rest is all good. This includes flexibility in work, hybrid work culture (no strict work from office policy), good learning and accountability, growth opportunities etc.

Dislikes

Pay is less compared to competitors.
