...re. Management is futile. Doesn't give work from home even during pandemic time. If we still insist, half the salary would be deducted. Team doesn't know to even file a gstr. Terrible and insecure mentors (if there is one).

Team is nothing short of terrible. The team existed without a Finance Manager. Such is the quality of work. Appraisal for my colleague was Rs. 550/- ( he was working there for 4 years). Alot of politics. if you know the MD personally no matter how bad you perform, you can still survive. Managers wouldn't know how to make payable report and outstanding, such is the quality of team there.

Zero life balance, Zero job security, some top management employees maintain a consaltancy for new joiner and they are getting sarvise charges further removing the old employees from project with chilli poltics.

Job security is Zero. Management decisions are not constant time to time will change... company policies will be broken by management on next day if they come to conclusion yesterday, there is no procedure in any process but all day they Will speak about procedure.. simply nothing to learn there waste..

They Will recruiting people without explaining the job role.The management don't know actually what they want and Will hire irrelevant profile then fire the employee...many people faced this issue..
