Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Worst of the worst company, egoistic boss, Blackmail the employees.

Dislikes

Fraud company, using current company they work on different project, take bad use of employees, once the project gets funding fire all employees, declare bankruptcy and create new company.

They are firing all employees and not giving PF, no salary and asking for bond money as like ransomed.

Dislikes

Well company employees are good but the employer talk in a very rough language and never listen to anyone. No appreciation of your work.

Teammates are really good The company had good appraisal until recent changes.

Dislikes

The company doesn't support good work life balance and does not provide any training. It has been overrun by politics recently which also affected the appraisal being given to people joining only as experienced and not to freshers.
