Company hikes are above avg only if you’re a billable resource. Washrooms are good and tea coffee machine is available minus the canteen.

..., her bag and belongings were kept near security while she was using washroom. They did not pay her anything. Now the case is in labour court as on 9 Feb 2024

The team that i work on is superb. Workwise also it's interesting. The only things is the compensation which is really less seeing the qualificationband experience.

Employees were helpful and humble, apart from this nothing was fine. I don't love this company nor I like anything about this company. My suggestion is before you join get as much as information about the company from ex-employees. Think 100 times before joining any company.

First most important thing is no job security, delay in salaries, salary deductions, no innovation/innovation talks, no job satisfaction, no work-life balance, full of politics, no career growth, continuous late night working, no new learning, drinking water issues, no proper policies, and so on. Every day is a tension. After the work is done by you then you will be fired at any point of time without any notice. In notice period you will get only basic salary and allowances will not be added in full and final settlement.

... from MNCs will surprise to see project timelines and deliverables management. Overall, my experience is mixed, you can take chance if you are offered competitive package ;)

no process driven, project schedules are very adhoc (un-predictive), no standards followed .

No regular hikes no appraisal no bonus no team lunch parties etc always work but with low pay

Full bossism, work but no pay salary will be credited on there wish no particular date no hikes if ask there will ask to leave the company no events no bonus.
