...nvironment is pretty strict - like we are stuck in the British era of hierarchy. Which means, there is a significant difference in pay among lower and higher management. Less transparency and often gaslighting employees with promises / information.

... be a fix Shift timings..and the work should be divided equally among all of us. Comparing with other industries in this industry (Hospitality) salary is very low

Company policy and work culture is good ,they give good salary as compare to other hotel ,bonus every year,lots of my friends are execute from hotel due to covid 19,they all are working there from last 18 months still they are executed...

Lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.no work life balance at all.... politics, politics, politics

Its a great experience working with the Oberoi group.Work culture is highly appreciable,people are professional and organised but at the same time the careers growth is very slow as there are multiple issues and involvement of unconcerned department. For a beginner this hotel is the best.

Career groth is the major issue and and there is hadly any salary increment.I have been working here for last four years and my salary increased by rupees-800/ only.
