1- There is no job security the founders will call u anytime saying that u don’t perform well pls leave 2- There is no culture in the organisation. 3- They never disburse salaries on time. 4- They expect you to work till 10 pm sitting in the office which is located in jungle 5- Founders have zero level of professionalism. 6- They just play the game of hiring and firing rebuild the team every quarter. 7- At the time of appraisal they will throw u stating that you don’t give results even if u work on Sundays and Saturdays Worst company to work. Toxic culture where your mental health will be affected.

Work environment is very nice. Management , superiors and colleagues are very supportive in all aspects. Very good place to learn new technology and build your career.

Dislikes

Working with fast growing company means employees must continuously update their skills and adopt to situations. Employees may find it working for longer hours to meet project, but this is challenging and an opportunity to learn and improve.

1.Everything, recruitment manager doesn't know the proper process,. 2. (Anjali and parimal) This 2 people will do the favours in work environment & unfit to be a manager and CHRO. 3. If you are from south please don't join this company. 4. If company wants to grow i suggest remove this 2 people.

Has huge potential for learning. R&D division has a very nice work culture with freedom to explore technical interests. Multiple projects are ongoing which means ample variation in things that can be worked on
