There is job security and learn more things. Less chance for promotion and compensation if you have no reference.

Dislikes

Partiality between the employees. You have no knowledge but if you have strong reference then you would be on top otherwise will always on ground.

...invironment and culture.Teammates are supportive and management is transparent . Company policy are good they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our essues . Career growth is slow

My colleague was impeccable and very supportive.

...higher authorities by our immediate bosses so that our issues are not addressed. No bonus is given and no salary hike is given as well by saying you didn't perform well. Not even allowed to swop the weekly offs if required with a prior notice to the boss. They force to put a leave if any emergency leave taken.

Obeetee Carpets is a close knit family like organization. I feel the idea of keeping people happy so they perform best is at core of it's principles. Although the there does not seem to be a set system of appraisals, they do offer yearly increments better that industry standards. The company through it's ranks works like a team to get best results and in no way do the shortcomings at any point get blamed on a single person. It is always in the core values to try to find ways in which the company can perform better.

No set system for appraisals/ promotions.

Obeetee is an old and reputed organisation, I feel happy to work with this organisation.

Dislikes

Higher management is literally destroying the reputation and work culture of Obeetee, specially at Panipat location.
