1.Very bad work culture 2.Very high workload 3.Unrealsitic expectations 4.Very low/No analytical/biology support for chemist. 5.Working hours are 9.5/Day 6.1hr 30 minutes daily travelling (round way) from residence to work 7.Bhiwadi is very bad place to live. 8.Admin/hr thinks they own company, very rude behaviour and no support in any matter.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year and lots of benefits...

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
