The company gives lot of work life balance to the employees as well as good compensations. They really look after there employees . The products are very high quality and most of the clients are extremely happy with them.I get to travel a lot as we have clients at pan india level. Company gives total free hand to work and is always open to innovation.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow .The systems mostly still needs to be in place . There are no trainings on the skills for new joiners and old staff too . There is also no hierarchy system .
