Oasis Automation Technologies is the place where I got opportunities to learn and develop my skill sets in Substation Automation Field.carrer growth and work security level is excellent.The management has given equal opportunities to all my coliges to attain there successful career in our field. Good and friendly move of management took some positive action to retain there employees. Good company to fresher engineer to built their career in Substation Automation field.

Compensation is decent, work hours are based on project we handle, appreciation and support of management is good and sometimes management is very strict on there decision.Since we are based on field commission project we are getting comfortable leave compensation as per our site work attendance.

Apportunity to learn Substation Automation systems with MNCs like GE & Schneider..

...ent n u have to submit ur all original educational certificates for 3years... Good company for learning( Substation Automation ) point of view with very less salary.. Oasis having client's like GE & Schneider After completing ur 3 years of agreement there is no guaranty that you will get ur certificates on time or relieving (after notice period), they are not going accept ur relieving, u hv to struggle to come out of the company..

I Am started my career as a DCS Engineer in This Company. Now 4 years Completed. I Learned a Lot and More experience in Indian and Global projects. Management is Good. Salary is not in Proper date but if u want to develop Ur Career as a DCS Engineer I should Suggest this Company

3 year bonded job once you completed bond they won't releave, don't waste your career. Team lunch will be there if HR wants to go. No job security, you have to submit your original 10th 12th BE certificates. Fully site work Pan India.

Not an registered company went for labour court Bangalore cases. No on date salary, expenses will b prolong pending, No leave policy, paid leave polices variable based on HR mood, No bonus, no extra benifits, No accommodation for office location, worst, non trustworthy management people, No on time response from HR, MD will involve only for calculating salary not any other activities of company, Doubtfull Manager. No proper training to employees, poor employee relationship integrity. All polices will be variable and flexible depends on their mood.

Technical people provided good level 1& 2 training about substation automation, they help Us to make our carrier growth, work environment is good, technical people make us to move different kinds of projects. Another benefit is my colleagues come from various cultural back grounds and we have work in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is good, but pay increase is low. Salary also is not crediting at correct time.
