Nothing much to write here. Nord Anglia University has amazing programmes.

Dislikes

... hr, and exceptionally backbiting collegues. One up manship is the culture here. The pay is pathetic for the amount of work that is expected of you. And you can't even leave , they fleece you out of your hard-earned money with bond and stuff. Stay miles away from this pathetic institution. Nobody really cares for anything other than to make their image bright and nice. To summarise, you are better of joining some (any ) other school. This place is really not worth it.

Likes

Working with kids always has it's ups and downs but at Oakridge, everything runs smoothly. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Food is good at the cafetaria which they provide for breakfast as well as lunch.

Dislikes

At the time of joining, the Offer letter was made, but not given and salary was not paid on time every month.

• Lot of focus on training and development of teachers • Cooperative attitude of seniors and coworkers • Follows international teaching standards, which gives a good exposure to teachers in terms of developing their skills. • Good and respectful company culture. • Provides food and transport facilities, and benefits for faculty’s children.

Dislikes

...skill development. The teaching staff is limited, and work pressure is high. Pay bands are not transparent, and the salary is solely based on your negotiation skills. If you join on contractual basis, you have to sign a bond of 1 year. HR policies and benefits have some surprising exceptions which are not disclosed at the time of hiring, and you might feel cheated later on. Job security is not that good.

Stay away.... They pay money and get awards like... Best working atmosphere and blah blah.. Hr is a goon.. Ayesha threatens. Coordinators are tyrants. They try to make money out of everyone... They take 6-12 lakhs from each student per annum... And pay teachers peanuts.. And zero work life balance.

Dislikes

They don't care about their staff.
