Pay is higher than market rate. But other than this, everything is worse.

No job security. No work life balance. One manager who served for years was fired. Another manager resigned after couple of months as he was never allowed to take any leave. Employees are treated as work horses, working till 2 in morning during month end. No training provided. Cutthroat pressure from day 1. Even exit interview is not taken from resigned employees and they make us sign on clearance form that it is taken.

Nothing except the fact that they pay above industry standards

Dislikes

They say they use AI in processing the loans but there is no such thing as AI. They force Credit Analysts to work hastily while they portray as if it is AI (Artificial Intelligence) based lending. Company culture is worst and the kind of work done here doesn't have any demand in the market so switching options are also limited.

Nothing except for compensation which was marginally better than the competors.

Dislikes

The work culture was pretty toxic, management did not like hearing your opinions. Absolutely no opportunities given for growth and development. And one day we were just informed out of blue, without any prior warning absolutely that we were being let go.
