Pls top management is always keen to deduct your expenses and salary every salary first get entered as lwp than you have to claim it as cl or sick leave.. A person who was leg fractured during field work and was asked to attend meeting and even though his salary he has received was 30% no insurance help was given by compnay for which premium amount was deducted from salary...

Nothing to like about, when u have director like Nita Borker and colleagues like Pulkit and Tanmay, the boot licker of the management, how can you like working there. Everyone is looking for the job just after joining it, coz they join as Eris brand but its not Eris its typical bonger

Company I good but work culture is very toxic. They don’t know how to talk to people and treat employees.

Marketing Director Neeta Borker doesn’t have sense of speaking with people. She makes personal remarks to employees. She has habit of humiliating people with personal remarks. She herself have zero knowledge about thinks but thinks that she is super human. Very very pathetic lady.

Nothing to like abt this organisation. Purely Sales and marketing orginatsation No care or concern about emoplyee growth or health HR has the worst attitude towards employee. (micro-manage) I would suggest no job seeker to join in as there is no work-life balance.

I joined adcock ingram oppintment in 2014. In 2017, Oaknet Healthcare took over. Increment of 70,000/- has not increased in 8 years. All our age has been wasted working for this company. We missed many opportunities. After selling many new brands in the company, we, who are at the top in All India, did not get a suitable increment. Eventually oaknet also sold the company to eris lifesciences. But those of us who worked for the company and sold the brands very well, when the company was sold to another company, they left all the employees without giving us any increment or royalty.
