... their calls or texts even after your work time is over, seniors will curse you. GROWTH : If you are looking for growth and hikes, whether it's mentioned in your Mail, they will not give you proper salary hikes, they will not follow their own commitments. They will only increase your workload over time period but not your salary, to get it increased you have to keep asking them shamelessly at least for "a year". INFRASTRUCTURE: No proper seats, you have to sit on broken chairs and work for more than 12 hours. No proper Air ventilation, you have to sit in almost 45 degrees in summer with no Air conditioning in the office of 100 people. No proper washrooms, you have to wait in row for nature's call. No proper lunch area, you will have to eat lunch next to washroom where you will hear water flushing down. PERKS : Even though product is for Hospitals, there is not health insurance benefits for own employees, Instead of you fall sick they will cut your salary for that respective days.

Salary And Hike: They will barely pay you and that's even late after 50 days. Leaves (Kind of): They offer a set number of leaves, but don’t expect sympathy: Family member passed away? Nope, that leave isn’t valid. Have a fever? Plan your sickness two days in advance! Sister’s marriage? It better be on a Sunday! This is my honest experience. Think twice before considering this workplace! Every Month New People Will Get Hired and Fired, This Is Exact Symptom of "Toxic Work Culture". Just Skip working in this company, Rather working Here, use that time to find Another better position and opportunity.!! You will find same worst experience shared by many people. Only positive reviews are shared by family members and relatives or Tution Teacher who never worked in this culture.

Office Location is Good and Office is Decent.

...s hardly practiced in any IT firm. Most peers are dissatisfied with their roles. The working hours are rigid from 10 AM to 7:30 PM and the salary offered is quite low in comparison. The Tech Stack in development is outdated. Seniors are really rude here. The management and owners shout at employees displaying unprofessional environment to work

Pros - Excellent teammates, bosses, and seniors who are always ready to help and support you to any extend. Timely performance reviews and feedback sessions, that helps you to be more productive at the workplace. Respect, empathy, work life balance, and exploration of new places are the perks. Timely salaries and benefits.

No work culture exist. No fixed time No fixed office No Fixed off and holiday No structure is there. Occupied by veteran employee, working for 7-8 years.
