Good opportunity to learn and take more initiatives.

Dislikes

Once, this company was doing exceptional but soon the management got greedy and lost all its vision. Took bad decision and because of which, it had to cut down its employees from around 170 to 80 people. One can't really see the shore from this boat currently and most of the employees are just waiting to leave.

1. They will hire you after 3 rounds of technical rounds and fire you with reason that your performance is not good, I don’t know what they see in candidate during so called technical interviews. 2. They will hire you for different skill and assign you work of totally different skill and then will expect 110% of your work. 3. No working flow is there, everything is getting done randomly. 4. It will not be false if I will say that company may shut down anytime. 5. Very bad experience with this company, please think twice or thrice before joining this company, may be you will be fired without notice.

Management have no idea what to do. Same goes with Product managers, as early stage start up the should be focusing on value addition to customer where as they have no ideas to do that, hired lot of people to show growth but didn't know where to utilise them.
