🙏Beg for your casual leaves& sick leaves. Salary is good (in breakup basic pay is less than ITI guy).they will don't have policy to overtime pay so they can ask to stay every day for extra hour work.technically for promotion it's their discretion that who will get more bucks after a year no matter how hard you worked last year.if you ask more increment for next year then thay can refuse and Bring new guy to eradicate first one.on paper they send training program on your mail but they will do not a single effort to execute. If you are male then you have to do night shift ,over time and over all exploitation of labour (you are not chemical master at there only labour from company view). culture is for only hr like office department,you should remember that you are labour. They demand insurance money,pf money,and many more but they not take it seriously and explode your money from salary.

Good company with excellent expansions all over Ahmedabad as well as at UK. One can develop individual skills.

Dislikes

Lack of experience in higher management. Required improvement in HR structure to solve other departmental conflicts because finance department and chemistry department dominates the whole organization.

Good atmosphere and culture to work here One of the best CRO in Ahmedabad and learning and skills ability is good in short time you tech many things, management is good company policy is also good and job security and work culture is best

The way our company manage this terrible situation of covid19 is extra-ordinary, got all the possible support from entire HR and saftey team. & im really glad to a part of this family.

I would like to point one thing & that is the bonus system what we have currently as on yearly basis. Instead it can be made on 6 months. As it makes soundly as to company as well as to emlpoyees also.
