...e Lockdown started they didn't pay me neither whole staff neither response call. And when O2 spa is open at delhi airport they are not calling now giving back job neither receive call instead they hired new staff in less salary and rest staff are seems like fired up. They think they took us gaurated. They didn't provide any confirmation about job neither did ful and final not given pending salary and neither picking up call.

The company is open to innovative and smart working and Honest people and We can learn a lot of things both personally and professionally and good work environment. I love the fact that I am part of India's largest spa chain. I am working since 6+ years in the company.

Well nothing much to say but salary is little delayed, rest all other things are fine.

As this is South based organisation it does favour to south Indians only. Management is not good they torture their operations staff and do day wise pay cuts when sales low. There are many complaints against O2 and O2 skills in Facebook and Manipur O2 academy has been closed just because of this issue. They are very greedy and talk about only sales & profit there is no employee engagement and career growth. They do office politics there is no job security. I will not suggest anyone to work for this organisation.

Learning is there if your reporting authority is good. Friendly environment No micromanagement Canteen is there.

Nothing one of the worst management I have seen. There is no policies in this company no job security.

Nothing to like about this company. Before covid also they were not paying salary on time and when Pandemic started they closed most of the outlets and hold the salary for everyone.
