They do not value their workers, and make them work extremely vague hours. The HR is extremely non-cooperative, too, and there is a culture of bowing to your bosses where they do not like to be told if certain ideas are not good for the workplace.

The only best part about O.P. Jindal University is that they are good pay master.

I joined this university with lots of hope and aspirations, but only to some survived. Your personal life is totally ruined here. Everyone expect to work 24*7 here. You should not be surprised if you get a mail at 11 in night asking for some details. Secondly, no facility for commuting after last metro station. They run a shuttle but charge 100 rs one way and it only runs when semester is going on, means once student are off no that expensive shuttle is also not for you. On the other hand Ashoka runs shuttle free of cost after every hour. Thirdly, everything is done manually here no proper ERP system.
