Dislikes

They don't have proper toilet facilities with proper water supply nor do they make efforts to arrange water, yet expecting employees to work. Don't follow legally available paid maternity leaves. The main boss is strict to deal with and rarely allows holidays. No HR. Politics causes the hard working people suffer. Increment is not at all based on merit or work. No general benefits available to employees either like refreshments or training.
