There is nothing to like about this firm

Dislikes

...ed persons who are the head of department. They suck your blood to get pleasure. If you leave before 1 year of your joining they will send you legal notice and ask you to pay 3 times of salary. Most interesting is that they will pay you 6000 p.m. and ask you to deposite 18000 if you leave. Again they hire you as trainee and pay you in penny and instead you giving you training they will shout at you if you can't do any work assign to you. All this behaviour you can expect from this firm only.

Dislikes

Salary is decent may be less for new trainees but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign.

before i went to that organization i thought i will help my career to grow but after i was joining I felt the employees are being harassed mentally by the partner of the oraganization, employee morale is being hurt, i did could not find any right kind of thing that l like so. this my heart felt message to naukri dont let the candidate to jion and delist to this organization from your web site.
