The salary part in B tire cities is good incentive part is also nice ..

No work life balance is there you always on work during Holi, Diwali and on your week offs as well. Normally 9 hours job is there in retail but u need to work more than 10-12 hours depending on situation. So much work load can hamper is personal life as well store manager is responsible for everything. No system related learning is there.

Week Offs Should Be Considered As Week Offs As Other Companies Do Provide Sunday Holidays And On National Holiday There should Be Holiday But In Nykaa You are bound to work and also night conference calls are such that hampers your personal space.

...ir etiquette is so bad,they should be polite and they don't know how to talking.Salary increases according to working experience is so less. Designation.With any designation promotion, there is no corresponding increase in salary.

The cluster manager sunny was the worst leader to work with..this guy doesn't know anything except shouting on store team. He has no guts to say wrong to the person who is wrong but keep buttering ladies of the store. He only needs women attention and hate boys. Promotes favourite girl who can't handle the problem.
