Too much stress for business,Area/ops manager calling and pressurizing entire day,if the day target is not achieved then ur Area manager will ask u the reason at night and won’t let u sleep seems u have done a crime. As store sale is very uncertain specially at nykaa stores so there are chances that the superiors may start a con call any time even its weekend or evening business time.store managers day off is fixed on Tuesday but specially on Tuesday there are bunch of work load there.

Oh dear oh dear! So many of them. Don't know where to start. Top most is the toxic and full of politics work culture.

Salary structure is good as per the industry high standards

Work life balance , sometimes behavioral aspects of mid level management, where as senior level management is very good. Mid level management is filled with work politics and individual growth can be hampered even after your heart and soul work and sacrifice by the mid level management politics on you

The salary part in B tire cities is good incentive part is also nice ..

Dislikes

No work life balance is there you always on work during Holi, Diwali and on your week offs as well. Normally 9 hours job is there in retail but u need to work more than 10-12 hours depending on situation. So much work load can hamper is personal life as well store manager is responsible for everything. No system related learning is there.

Compensation disparity is high amongst same team. Little or initiatives for employee engagement, no team outings, no avenues to professionally upskill. Promotions are biased.
