... work. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Salary is always credited on time, Friendly environment. Excellent interior work.Good cafeteria.

Too much of politics, Management is very biased, roasters are not allotted as per sequence, Appraisals are given to once who don't actually deserve. In short people who are in good books will get everything in platter, for the rest even if you give your best it will not be appreciated.

...bviously like we find in most of work places...Addressing our issues takes time. Salary n other facilities are superb....but career growth is slow..... Rest is best....👍

Too much stress for business,Area/ops manager calling and pressurizing entire day,if the day target is not achieved then ur Area manager will ask u the reason at night and won’t let u sleep seems u have done a crime. As store sale is very uncertain specially at nykaa stores so there are chances that the superiors may start a con call any time even its weekend or evening business time.store managers day off is fixed on Tuesday but specially on Tuesday there are bunch of work load there.

...ir etiquette is so bad,they should be polite and they don't know how to talking.Salary increases according to working experience is so less. Designation.With any designation promotion, there is no corresponding increase in salary.
