This is the only company where the benchmark is measured only by what the Telgu team is achieving
Dislikes
No transparency in data
No Communication on KRA & KPI in a formal way
Most Imp if they want to get rid of you, They will pay 1-2 month salary but will make sure u are not in the system
Their entire sales function is built around TELGU team, no doubt they do well full respect
But the hard and bitter truth is that if a level playing filed is giving to all
everyone can perform
Their Intake to student place no. are fake
No data transparency on how many students actually get internship or placed

* You have to work for 15 days continuously there is no proper offs .they will combined festival offs with regular off you have to work in festivals also.
* No value for your work.they will act perfectly that they giving value to you'rs work.
* No skills improvement.if you reach you're target then you have value for that day.
* No job security suddenly they can layoff you .
* For leaves you have to beg them. Annually you have 12 leaves in annual but you can't 😂use .
