*Worst culture * You have to work for 15 days continuously there is no proper offs .they will combined festival offs with regular off you have to work in festivals also. * No value for your work.they will act perfectly that they giving value to you'rs work. * No skills improvement.if you reach you're target then you have value for that day. * No job security suddenly they can layoff you . * For leaves you have to beg them. Annually you have 12 leaves in annual but you can't 😂use . * no Mental health

Worst experience with mangers,lots of politics, they force you to work on saturdays there is no weekoff in last two weeks of the month.worst experience with this organization.
